Canyon and Via Corda

Would you rather climb to the top of the most beautiful peaks on our via corda de l'aiguille rouge adventure trail or enjoy a wild descent in the Acles canyon?

The via corda de l'Aiguille Rouge, above the Col de l'Echelle, is a cable-free route equipped with metal steps, spindles and "pig tails", where you progress roped up by securing yourself to existing spindles with carabiners. This type of climbing is only suitable for those with experience of cliff-roping techniques.

The Acles Canyon is located above Plampinet. You will hike along a steep and majestic riverbed surrounded by high cliffs. Jumping and abseiling will be required for a thrilling descent.
