Production and manufacture of farmhouse goat cheeses.
Manon has a herd of 50 Alpine chamois goats and makes farmhouse cheese for direct sale.

Description

You'll find faisselles, fromage blanc, fresh and mature lactic cheeses, tommes, cabriclette (goat's raclette), cabrier and bleu de chèvre.

Simple recipe idea: breaded goat's cheese with green salad:
Cut a small goat's cheese into two discs and dip in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs. Heat a frying pan with olive oil, cook the goat cheese on both sides until the cheese escapes to the side, serve with salad.
