In Névache, at the start of the hiking trails and close to the ski slopes (alpine & cross-country), our gîte is a privileged starting point for your local activities.
It is located in a sunny, quiet area.

Description

This apartment is next to our home. We'll be happy to give you advice on hiking or how to organize your life in the mountains, and we'll be happy to help.
Located on the 1st floor, a balcony gives access to an entrance hall (where you'll find the toilet), then to the living room (kitchenette, dining room and lounge) on the same level, as well as the bathroom.
On the attic floor, four single beds, which can be arranged as 4*1 or 2*1 + 1*2, provide comfortable sleeping arrangements (90*190 bed).
Bed linen is provided by us.
Solar collectors provide us with all our hot water in summer, and back-up water and heating in winter. Photovoltaic collectors, installed on the roof, provide a very large part of the electricity consumed.
The gîte is simply equipped to a high standard, so you'll find everything you need for a rejuvenating vacation.
Wifi access is free.
Outside, you can take advantage of the open landscape at the garden table or during a barbecue, and a break in the deckchairs on your return from a hike will relax you from the effort you've put in.
You'll feel a bit at home, at home with us!
