Tour du Village de Névache - pedestrian & snowshoe trail
This pedestrian/snowshoe itinerary is groomed and signposted for walks around and above the village and along the Clarée.
Description
This walking/snowshoeing map around the village, ideal for short walks, is available from the ski patrol chalets and the Clarée Tourist Information Office, with the purchase of a Pass Evasion ticket.
Please follow the orange "pedestrian" signs and do not walk on the cross-country ski trails.
Part of the trail is shared with cross-country skiers (mainly the blue piste at Les Clapières): in this case, please walk on the side.
This itinerary follows the same route as the Névache theme trail, punctuated by 22 explanatory markers that reveal the wealth of Névache's rural, natural and architectural heritage.
Each of the markers leads to a particular landscape and tells you a few facets of its history. There is no particular order to follow, so enjoy your walk!
Complément accueil
Warning: Stay on the dedicated pedestrian/snowshoe trail! Pedestrians and snowshoers are not allowed on cross-country ski trails. If you accidentally find yourself on foot or on snowshoes on the cross-country ski trails: stay to the side, don't step on the classic tracks, and move as soon as possible to a trail suitable for pedestrians/snowshoes.
Prices
Pass Évasion for all activities in the groomed area, excluding skiing, from €4/person.
Our team of enthusiastic ski patrollers is on hand all winter long to help you. They mark out itineraries so you don't get lost, make potential hazards safe, shovel the snow with a machine, rescue you in case of trouble, and even prepare the terrain in autumn!
On skis, on foot, on sledges, on snowshoes... You can take advantage of itineraries designed for your pleasure. Please contribute by purchasing a ski pass and choosing the formula best suited to your activities (Pass Évasion for all non-ski activities or Nordic Pass including all Nordic activities).
