The aim of these stays is to help you discover exceptional high-altitude flora in all its originality and splendor, in places of great beauty.

Description

Your sense of wonder is heightened when you discover the benefits of the summit flower and its ability to convey information that is essential, necessary and pleasing to your well-being.

Stays run from Monday to Saturday, with the guiding idea being to hike and discover the typical flowers of high altitudes.

You need to be in good physical condition and able to walk 5 to 6 hours in mountain terrain.

The rest of the day is spent practicing postural techniques, sharing and reflecting on the day's experience.

400€ + half-board gîte accommodation from 325€.
Depending on the package, you are free to choose your own accommodation or to stay with the group in a half-board gîte in Névache.
