The small L'Eterle de la Clarée residence (6 apartments) is located in the hamlet of Ville Basse, 500 meters from the village center.
Le lac de l'Oule" is a T1bis apartment. It measures 30 m2 and is on the first floor with :
- a large south-facing balcony with mountain views, table, chairs and deckchairs
- A bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony,
- A living room with a sofa-bed for 2 people and 2 cupboards
- Bathroom + WC with shower and heated towel rail
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, fridge/freezer, induction hob, washing machine, raclette machine, fondue machine, filter coffee maker, classic Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils, hairdryer (full inventory available on request).
