The holiday cottage is situated in the peace in a traditional village, adjoining the city of Briançon and offers you at the same time the peace and the closeness of a multitude of activities.

Description

Ideally located at the crossroads of the 5 valleys, in a small village formerly agricultural and mining whose rural character has been preserved, the Bois de Barracan is a dream place for the practice of outdoor recreation, summer and winter, skiing, snowshoeing, bike or on foot.
The surrounding nature is authentic and wild. The cottage, backed by the massif of Mélézin, is the starting point for many hikes or walks, on marked trails and paths, also accessible to mountain bikers. The GR5 is at 500 m and crosses the remarkable biological reserve of the Bois des Ayes, high botanical place of Briançonnais thanks to its forest of pines Cembros unique in Europe.
Also accessible from the cottage, the 40 km of Nordic ski slopes of Villard St Pancrace with varying technical levels.
In the evening, we suggest you spend a moment of conviviality between hosts around a family meal prepared on site.
We also offer a fitness area since we have a Finnish sauna
