Description

Climbing a big route can sometimes seem a little complicated. This 1/2 day course will give you the confidence and serenity you need to progress in this discipline.
Techniques evolve, methods change and equipment progresses. It's always a good idea to keep up to date so you can climb higher in complete safety.
For lovers of long routes, the idea is to restore your confidence and refresh your knowledge of progression techniques: how to manage pitches, how to be safe on abseils...

We'll go over the essential points for tackling a major route in complete safety, on modern major routes offering easy climbing adapted to your level (rock with free holds).

You'll leave with the keys you need to continue your climbing vacation with confidence!
