Description

As a sports educator with a state mountain leader diploma (AeM), I organize hikes or snowshoe treks, in summer or winter. One-day or several-day outings. I can help you discover the local fauna and flora , as well as cultural heritage. I can also give you lots of advice on how to prepare your hike or your first trek or night in the mountains. As a keen gardener, I'm particularly interested in picking wild plants. I can also introduce you to a more meditative way of walking, focusing on your breathing and your senses.

A jack-of-all-trades sportsman, I'm also a multi-sport sports educator (BPJEPS Physical Activity for All trainee, with a CS in climbing in preparation). I can introduce you to outdoor activities (climbing, mountain biking, kayaking...), sports games (ball, racket...) or well-being activities.
