This chalet lives up to its name: "soleil" in Nevachian. Situated at the highest point of the hamlet, its large south-facing gable floods the wood-panelled living room with light.

Description

With its 80 m2, this high chalet overlooks the whole hamlet of Les Chazals. Its originality lies in its entrance, which opens onto the first floor bedrooms and bathrooms. After climbing the wooden staircase, you enter the large living room/kitchen area, whose entire gable is glazed to the south. You'll appreciate the brightness of this chalet and the warm, mountain atmosphere of its wood-clad walls.

This large main room is the perfect place to get together. While some prepare meals in the open-plan kitchen, complete with stove, halogen hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc., others can relax in the living room in front of the wood-burning stove or flat-screen TV, or use the large table for games and relaxation. Next to the kitchen is a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm).

Going down one level, there's 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed, another with 2 90cm beds that can easily be moved closer together, and a final bedroom with 2 crossed bunk beds, giving everyone more space. A bathroom with shower and washing machine, another with bathtub, and a separate toilet complete this level.

Housework done by us on departure is payable on site at a rate of 100 euros.
